The room we stayed in at Svatojansky Kastiel was beautifully rustic with a cozy feel. It had a flat-screen TV, radio, telephone, and a private bathroom with all the necessary amenities. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave!

Personally, I found the DVD player in the room unnecessary as we prefer spending our time exploring the beautiful surroundings rather than watching movies. However, I understand that others might enjoy having this option.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are extremely friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable with very comfortable beds, and the recently renovated bathrooms are a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast selection is excellent, with over 20 variations to choose from, all served in a perfect quality.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities were great, with a playroom equipped with different games, and the restaurant serving excellent food with diverse options for breakfast and dinner. The staff was friendly and gave us useful information about transportation, parking and discounts for attractions. Plus, the location was perfect for us, not too far from the ski resorts and in a lovely area.

The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was friendly. The location was great for exploring the nearby mountains and had easy access to the main road. , the hotel had a sauna which was a nice bonus.

The room was freezing even with the heating system and had a lot of spider webs in the corners and on the roof. It was not very comfortable sleeping in such a cold environment and the lack of cleanliness added to the discomfort.
